FAQs
How much does a Vietnam trip from India cost?
Our customised Vietnam packages start from ₹44,999 per person for 5 nights / 6 days, excluding flights. The final price depends on your dates, hotel category and the experiences you add, such as Sapa, Ba Na Hills or Phu Quoc.
How many days are enough for Vietnam?
5 nights covers two stops, such as Hanoi with Da Nang and Hoi An, or Hanoi with Phu Quoc. Plan 6 to 9 nights to add Ho Chi Minh City or Phu Quoc, or to travel from Hanoi all the way down to the south.
What is the best time to visit Vietnam?
It depends on the region. Hanoi is best from October to April, when it is cooler and drier. Da Nang and Hoi An are best from February to May. Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc are best from November to April. We suggest the right route for your month of travel.
Can I travel on any date?
Yes. These are private, customised trips, so you choose your dates. There are no fixed departures.
Can I change the plan?
Yes. Add or remove days, swap places, upgrade stays or add activities. We revise until it's right for you.
Are flights included?
Package prices are per person and exclude flights, including domestic flights between cities. Our team can book flights for you on request.
Do Indians need a visa for Vietnam?
Yes. Indian passport holders need a visa for Vietnam, and the e-visa is the usual route. You apply online on the official portal (evisa.gov.vn). It is valid for up to 90 days, with single and multiple entry options, and the government fee for a single-entry e-visa has been about USD 25. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months. Fees and rules can change, so we confirm the latest process before you travel.
Is Phu Quoc worth adding?
Yes, if you want beach time after the cities. Phu Quoc has long beaches, island hopping with snorkelling and the Sunset Town area. You fly in from Hanoi, Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City, and the domestic flight is not included in the package price.
Is Sapa worth visiting?
Yes, if you enjoy mountain scenery. Sapa has rice terraces, hill-tribe villages and treks, and the Fansipan cable car. Plan at least 2 nights there, and note that mist can hide the views in some months.
What currency is used in Vietnam?
Vietnam uses the Vietnamese dong (VND). We share a simple spending guide for meals, local transport and shopping with your final itinerary.
